過去一年，於域多利國王政府領導之下，國力日盛，經濟欣榮，創新有成，國民康樂，實獲民心。此外，國家更堅守獨立自主之和平外交，皇國安寧穩定，名譽大振，為域多利增添光彩。
Over the past year, under the leadership of my government, our nation has witnessed remarkable progress. Our economic prosperity has flourished, innovations have blossomed, and the well-being of our people has improved significantly, earning the unwavering support of the populace. Additionally, we have steadfastly upheld our independent and peaceful foreign policy, safeguarding the security and elevating the reputation and standing of our nation on the global stage, further enhancing the brilliance of the Victorian Kingdom.
時光荏苒，皇國新歲既至，時刻阽危，亦機遇處處。昔日吾等因堅守自由、平等之價值而立國，今後亦定然高揚公平、正義、法治之價值，貫徹初衷，推進發展，造福人民。吾等當齊心團結，振奮熱忱，不懈奮鬥，以實現域多利偉大復興之夢。
As we usher in a new anniversary, we face challenges and opportunities. We must remain steadfast in upholding the values of freedom and equality that have been the foundation of our nation's establishment. We shall continue to uphold the principles of fairness, justice, and the rule of law, staying true to our founding ideals, driving progress, and improving the lives of our people. Let us stand united, ignite our patriotic fervour, and persevere in our unwavering struggle to realise the grand dream of the Kingdom's resurgence.
願皇國富強民主，社會昌明！願萬民安康幸福，美滿富足！
祈天佑域多利！
